The club was established in the 1970's. The club was incorporated as "Greenbank Soccer Club Inc." on 5th November 1990 under the Associations Incorporation Act 1981. Our Incorporated Number is IA08058. In October 2008 at a Special General Meeting we voted to change our name to "Greenbank Football Club Inc." and the change became official on 8 December 2008.
